Just got another Nagakiba from a friend. Dual welding them right now with Bloodhound step/blood slash bleed and frost. I'm doing the same thing, blood nagakiba in main hand and uchigatana in right. I tested out keen nagakiba in right hand vs blood on the Giant bears in limgrave and the blood katana seemed to kill them a little quicker.If you're using the Blood scaling type, you can't grease it. You'll have to use Standard scaling. I think if a weapon causes a passive effect you can't put a grease of the same effect on it. I'm running a bleed build right now and it won't let me put blood grease on my Nagakiba.
